can you have 2 mobile phone contracts at the same time?

my 02 contract comes to an end in april. I wanted to change to vodaphone anyway as i want the new blackberry! But if i sign up now i'll get a special offer...or do i have to wait til april?

    Nope you can have as many as you want as long as you don't get sent away because of credit but you can have loads at a time my mate did it

    1) yes you can cancel but only by paying up the minimum rental amount to the end of the minimum term - usually 18 months now 2) usually yes but only to a higher one not a lower one except where the phone would have been the same purchase price on the new tariff as the old one 3) at the end of or very close to the end of the contract time
