Psychological help? I can't go to a doctor...?

Hello, I am sixteen years old and my parents think that I am just being rebellious or something and I'm worried to go to a councelor or anything so I was wondering if these are symptoms of an actual psychological problem or if I am just imagining it?

My symptoms are:

* I hear things whenever I am trying to sleep or concentrate, mostly when I try to sleep. I physically hear things like I am thinking them but I can't control it and it's not my voice.

* I'm afraid to tell people about it because I am afraid I am just imagining the voices, it doesn't feel real to me but I know it's happening, I can't really explain it.

* I'm quite sure I have OCD, it's gotten to the point I have to repeat things repeatedly throughout the day otherwise I am afraid if I don't something bad will happen.

*Sometimes, but not often, when I get REALLY stressed my chest feels heavy and I can't breathe, I am easily paranoid, and I freak out WAY too much over the smallest things.

So yeah, those are really the only things I can say, I don't know whether I should make an effort to get help or I should just leave it be. I'm really afraid of going to a doctor and making myself look like an idiot. As odd as it sounds I'm afraid that I'm just going insane and imagining it or whatever. I don't know.

Do any of you think there might be something wrong or am I just thinking too much? My parents either don't believe me or just think it's apparently "the devil in me." Lol. I don't really know who to go to or even how to bring this up. I guess it's easier online lmao. So what do you think?

Thankyou!

Update:

So from the answers I have gotten, I should go get it checked? I'm really scared to go to the school councelor because they deal with enough and I REALLY don't want to bring this up to them. I would be much more comfortable going to the doctor.... the only problem is, I have no money to go to the doctor and my parents would just freak out if they found out I secretly went to the doctor about it....

Update 2:

By the way, if by some chance I was able to get to the doctor how would I bring this up to them? That would be really awkward to just randomly bring up "I hear voices" or something like that...

Look, psychological problems are just as important as physical problems to get checked out by a professional as early as possible. If you have some kind of pain, you go to the doctor and maybe it's something serious and maybe it's not. Same with this, maybe it's something serious and maybe it's not. If it's not, everything will be ok and life will go on. If it is serious, you will get the help you need early and it won't get as bad. Again, life will go on and you'll be better able to deal with it.

Women cannot douche and not using a scientific motive for it. Doctor's do not suggest it. It can open you as much as all kinds of infections, and the vagina self-cleanses, so there is not any intent for it different that to think "contemporary". Like the ones douche advertisements wherein you continually see a few girl in tiny shorts leaping top into the air on a seaside. lmao She's feeling beautiful contemporary and effectively scented!

It could be OCD or schizophrenia. Anxiety, hearing voices, & panic attacks are symptoms of both. There are medications to control schizophrenia & OCD can be controlled with meds or therapy. Both require therapy for sure. & you're old enough to be correctly diagnosed with either. Go to the doctor or school counsilor.

you need to see a doctor as soon as possible.

If your parents won't help talk to a school councilor.

    Good luck
