My Doc said, "You have an arm like a baseball pitcher." What was he saying?

Update:

This was my good arm, not the whacked out one.

    Everyone here is so dirty minded. I think he was just telling you that you don't have to worry about that arm any time soon.

    You have a strong arm, baseball pitchers are capable of very fast speed and control using their arm...

    Probably that its worn out...elbow and shoulder are the two places that pitchers usually have problems with. If you were in serious medical danger like possibly needed surgery I'm sure your doctor would have been more specific.
