You need to go to an ER as soon as possible - there is a good Chance that you do have a clot in your leg which could break off and lodge in your heart or lungs . Signs are ;pain in the leg , any redness , or swelling to your leg . You may sometimes have pain in your leg when your calf is stretched - try keeping your heel on the floor , then lifting your toes . The fact that you are on anti- coagulants (the blood thiner you mentioned) , means that your Doctor is worried about you having clots .
