They needed some time to change all the documents from the previous 30 years that showed how we were first in health care.

Culture is the diffrence. The USA is generaly less healthy and suffers more steneous work enviorment.
Social healthcare ident the cause. Infact survival rates for various cancers and other illments can be up to 20% less anyewgere else.
Our health system is the best.

in the link it sates "The World Health Organization's ranking of the world's health systems was last produced in 2000, and the WHO no longer produces such a ranking table, because of the complexity of the task." i wonder why that is? maybe because it's too hard to tell who has superior healthcare.
the who judges healthcare by infant mortality rate and death rate. how can one trust a list that only puts those two into consideration?

Countries with socialized medicine intentionally fudge their reported deaths as "natural causes" when someone dies due to lack of treatment. America does not, so it "looks" bad.
