You need to put these tags as part of the metadata or the keywords in your html page

you should also include

<META NAME="rating" CONTENT="General">

<META NAME="revisit-after" CONTENT="5 days">

<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="ALL">

however if you want your website to show in the sponsored link on the right hand side of google , you need to pay for it

You don't add your website to Google, Google does regular sweeps of the internet and finds URL's that is doesn't already cover. If you want people to find you when they search 'SHARES' then make sure the title of at least one of your pages is 'SHARES'.

You are talking about search engine rankings...in simple words, u want ur site to be on top when some1 searches for ur keyword, "SHARES".

this is not that simple, there is a whole industry based on making ur site on top,,,"search engine optimization"

its not up to a webmaster, its up to Google..if google thinks that ur site is most relevant among the million others for that particular word then it gives u high rankings on search engine return pages...ur job is to make ur site more relevant for ur keywords.

You can submit your site to Google and if it gets enough traffic google should find it on one of it's crawls. don't forget even if you appear on google you'll be at the bottom of the list to start with.
