    Two totally different viruses.

    Uncomplicated dengue fever is not typically life threatening. However Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is quite serious and deadly.

    Novel H1N1 is relatively mild and most people that have severe illness or death are due to a combination of things , not specifically the H1N1 alone.

    Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is caused my FLAVIVIRUS.

    Swine Flu is caused by Influenza A (H1N1) Virus,

    Dengue is more dangerous than flu.

    dengue is caused by a mosquitoe bite, it a brain fever, whereas swineflu is caused by the human swine flu h1 n1 virus it is a kind of a severe flu accompanied by vomiting... u can't ask which is more sever as both are different.

    dengue is caused by mosquito bite and is not a communicable disease

    whereas swine is communicable disease

    both are hazardous
