What is the technical difference between the Audi 2.0T engine & the VW 2.0T?

Audi A4 2.0T Cabriolet is same as VW 2.0T 200hp@5100 211tq@1800

Audi A4 sedan 2.0T is 211hp@5300 258tq@1500

Its all in the engine managment/Factory chip

i dont hink there is much difference there, its basically the same car with another set of clothes on. The audi is much more luxuirous, and the VW is the basic model, there are the same just likethe F-150 and Lincoln Mark-LT, same truck, 10,000 difference for upgraded interior, and a lot of bling, however when it come to the engine, i do not think there is any difference, if there is, it probably has to do with how the engine is built, for furhter reference, compare the two cars at any car-buying website, or if u need engine maintance, take your car to your VW or Audi dealer. i hope i was of help....ps, there is no difference in HP, perhaps tourque, but both have the same 200 horsepower turbo four engine.

They both have 200 hp and 207 torque, same engine same computer program. In fact the VW is probably faster due to the added accessories on the Audi the VW is lighter.

The Audi 2.0T costs twice as much to repair that's the difference. It just depends how much your willing to spend to sit on leather sofa's drinking Gourmet café while it is being repaired.

nothing audi is owned by VW they share power plants much as most companies do they dont want to waste r&d for enginges for each car this way is cheaper for them
