I like the answers above... especially the Robert Pack shout out, nice choice there.
But outside of dunk contest (Webb and Robinson), I think the best PG dunker has to do it during games on on players consistently.
I have to give the title to Steve Francis. He could pull them of in games frequently. He could catch alley-oops. Throw down on centers and finish it with flash on the fast break.
Coming up though is Derrick Rose.
EDIT: Not all of the footage is crystal clear, but it's cool to watch nonetheless. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aY4k0QttPi8

What up Justin V,
The best i've ever seen in a game has to be Kevin Johnson. But the year Spud Webb won the dunk contest- that had to be the best dunk contest ever- and the kid was just pheonmenal 5 foot 7 with a 52 inch vertical. He never really displayed that in games- in fact his teammates didn't even know he could dunk like that until the dunk contest.
I'd give it to Webb, but in game probably Kevin Johnson.

Im gonna go with the "in game" dunkers because that is where it counts...
Before Allen Iverson got to the NBA he was PG and he may have been the best dunker i ever seen at his size. check this dunk out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xx_DVa2om_8&feature...
Also check this out. at 4:12 this might be the best dunk i ever seen in a game from a little guy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9DsvsSp6to&feature...
Overall i have to go with Steve Francis.

Robert Pack.... Remember he dunked on Shawn Kemp. And Kevin Johnson he got the Dream.

Steve Francis
Robert Pack
Kevin Johnson
Baron Davis
Nate Robinson *In dunk contests, not in games*
But if I had to pick one, I would pick Steve Francis.
