Strange Sumo wrestling tradition?

So I thought I heard from a television program a few years ago that before sumo wrestlers fight they bite the heads of turtles and drink their blood. However I cannot find anything online to support this... was I imagining it? If you can find any sources online that show that this is true please link me up. thanks!

My favorite event is Survivor Series, and before every one, we usually watch old matches of the main event stars. Like, for this year, I re-watched the 2008 Royal Rumble, the Cena-Edge TLC match, and the Unforgiven Championship scramble. Also, and I know it's kind of unusual, but we watch Survivor Series 97 before SS as well. The Montreal Screwjob one. It's a shame that that is what that will be remembered for, because it was actually a really good PPV and the Shawn-Bret match was fantastic before the finish. For the Royal Rumble, we always watch the last three Royal Rumbles. And for Wrestlemania, we don't buy it at home, we go and watch it in the movie theater. Oh, and popcorn. No matter what event it is, there is always loads and loads of popcorn.

I have never heard of that. I know there is a tradition where before the fight they wprinkle salt or something.
