Stealing them is illegal, but selling them on eBay isn't. Just because the person works at McDonalds doesn't mean they stole them. My brother worked at McDonalds and bought tons of beanies to sell. Since they were such a hot item they were kept under lock and key. It would have been almost impossible to steal them. Even the managers who had access to them had to account for all of them.

There is a site called BurgerKingToys.com that discusses all type of things related to Burger King Toys and other play food toys including Mcdonalds Happy Meal Toy.
Hope this helps!

it doesn't mean they stole them. Those small beanies are probably a dollar or two each if you buy them without a meal and I'm sure they had lots of happy meals if they worked there. Cheapest thing you can get on the menu.

particular you could. in case you want to deliver me a itemizing of the toys you have, i may be satisfied to appraise them for you. some toys are surprisingly collectible even without the programs. those comprise: Barbie, warm Wheels, My Little Pony, and different popular sequence.
