Does the cam Sensor Control the injector pulse?

Does the cam sensor control the injector pulse? Testing the node injector pulse it flashes 2 times and then nothing.

    No. The cam sensor is there to tell the computer what stroke number 1 cylinder is on so that you can have sequential injection. If the cam sensor goes faulty, the engine will go into grouped or continuous injection as a limited operation strategy. (Limp Home Mode)

    The injection pulse width is a product of the TPS, MAF, MAP, CAS and MAT sensors

    The computer uses inputs from the camshaft position sensor and the crankshaft position sensor to determine when to fire the fuel injectors.
