a mutation in an organ different than a sexual organ this is led to by way of environmental factors heavily isn't manifested in the genetic textile used for replica. The exchange happens in the floor, not in the gonads. this is attainable that there is a genetic predilection to epidermis cellular mutation in the hereditary (parental) textile, yet that may not a similar by way of fact the mutation of epidermis cells. it is likewise attainable that the mutation that starts off in the floor must be transferred (unfold) over the years to the gonads (cancer can unfold), in spite of the fact that it is not going that the mutation could be blanketed in the reproductive cells produced after the unfold (the mutation in all probability could make the affected cells unable to offer the reproductive cells).

No. Any mutations in skin cells your father obtained from UV exposure wouldn't be passed on; the only genetics that are passed on are those in his sperm, which are not affected by tanning (i.e. you are genetically related to his reproductive cells, not his skin cells).
