Did I buy a decent laptop. It is a HP-G60445DX Notebook?

I kinda of went in there blind, and trusted the sales kid.

I love it.

I paid $499.99 at Best Buy, back near the end of August.

The fingerprints are a problem. Any suggestions?

I'm not much of a gamer, but I like the speed.

    yes you did make a good purchase just keep wiping away the finger prints and you are fine

    Yes you really did. Good amount of RAM, great processor and great video card. You could run a pretty high graphic type of game on there. Great for $499
