My dog has red bumps on the..........?
These red bumps are right below his bottom lip. they look like they are getting bigger, they are not huge about the size of a pea. He is Saint Bernard and mastiff mix. Does anyone know what this could be?

Are you using plastic bowls to feed him? that could be it. Change to steel and take him to the vet to make sure

It could be a number of things; inflammation from a bite or sharp object, inflammed hair follicle, cyst, or a skin tag. If you could get a good picture it would help. How does it feel? Does it seem to bother him? Your best bet would probably be to take him to the vet and have it looked at if it doesn't get better in a few days.
