have you ever had plantar fascitis... how?

long did it take for it to go away?

    It pretty much never goes away. I've had it all my life. You can make it better though my doing stretches and wearing insoles in your shoes.

    My physio told me to lean with one hand against the wall and lunge with one leg out backwards to stretch the calf muscle for ten seconds, ten times on each foot, 5 times a day.

    or you can get a towel and hold one end in each hand and put your foot on the towel and push against it. keep a tin of beans or somthing in the freezer and when it hurts really bad, roll your foot over it. It soothes the pain and helps the inflamation of the muscle go down. Good luck. its a terrible condition. :(

    Go to physical therapy and it'll go away more quickly.
