Dude, you just gotta ask this girl [your friend] like does she know this other guy and if so, what does she think of him, etc. then if she does like him, be like "well, I've got his number you can have!" haha =]

haha i hate it wen ppl try to do that jst randomly! its lyk wtf?
well i try to hook up alot of my friends n all u gotta do is jst sort of "introduce" them two n wen they sort of know each other (like hi- bye friends) then u jst ask the girl if she likes him...but dunt tell her that he likes her untill she gives u an answer!!! if she says yes then ur gud to go but if she says no then try hooking him up with some other girl =]
