Mixmaster has pretty much nailed it. Label, publisher, booking agent, artist manager etc...these jobs are in short supply but those would be the obvious choices. These jobs often come about as a result of industry experience from interning or from knowing the right people as much as they do from your education though.

You'll have in depth knowledge of the revenue stream within the music business. Job opportunities can be found in music publishing, at record labels as well as guiding bands as a manager. You'll have a better understanding of how to earn a living in music than someone who majors in performance. Not to diminish performance majors, but it is a business and in order to have a career of any length it takes more than being a studied musician.
