Will a man approach a unattractive confident woman?

I always hear that if women want to attract men then they should be confident but I feel like all the confidence in the world doesn't mean anything if your not attractive. It's like putting lipstick on a pig IMO. I just don't feel like a man would approach a woman on a serious level (LTR or marriage) that he's not attracted to no matter how "confident" she is.

It might work in a mans favor because women are more likely to pardon a guys looks. (especially if he has money and NO I'm not saying all women are gold diggers but it is what it is)

What says you?

Men can't see what's on the inside unless the outside is attractive. Men are shallow and they suck.

Don't listen to these guys, they're the ones you want to stay away from. YES, there are guys out there who simply see a woman for who she really is and set looks aside. I'd be lying though if I said looks did not matter...they do to some extent but there will always be someone out there for you.

Also, how old are you? If you're younger then 25 then the chances that you run into D-bag after D-bag are going to be very HIGH. Besides who says you're unattractive? Even if 9 out of 10 guys think you are, ALWAYS know that there will be one who sees your true beauty. Stay strong girl and continue with the confidence, f*** the world!

Women appreciate men who are confident as long as they have something to be confident about. Not all men who are confident are that way because they think they are really great-looking. Some are confident because they have a way with people or they are really good at what they do, etc. Big difference between confidence and conceit. So be confident in the qualities you do possess without becoming a swaggering braggard. You'd be surprised how many attractive women have trouble finding nice men because those nice men think they're "out of their league". I've heard it said that pretty women are the loneliest women in the world.

I agree with u,i dont think a man would go after an unattractive woman even if she has confindence in herself, they would rather be with a woman, who is shy, and doesnt have any personality, but in fact is good looking, looks does matters to guys,i think thats one of the most important things for them that a girl has.

You MUST get a guy who finds you ATTRACTIVE!

You don't want your guy to be looking at other girls on your date do you?

    Confident is good, yes.

But attractive IS too. Average looks is also find by the way.

But don't get ugly! Guys get attracted by beauty easily, so give him some beauty to make himself attractd to you or you'll loose him.

I think guys mostly look at looks and girls look at personality. I mean I see some gorgeous girls going out with not so hot guys but rarely do you see it vice versa. So unfair! :/ There are some guys out there though that will like you for you personality... but yah it's hard cause looks are first thing people notice.

  • No - if you're ugly, you're ugly.. personality comes after looks. The initial attraction is how pretty you are so if you're ugly you don't have a chance.
