Hey brother Im Maronite. We have the same 7 sacraments of the Roman Catholics. We are in communion with Rome. However some of our customs lean more towards Orthodoxy.

As far as sacraments, everything is the same as Catholicism except Confirmation/Chrismation. Roman Catholics have confirmation in the early teen years. Maronite Catholics are just confirmed upon baptism.

Customs of the church different than a regular Catholic church are that our Divine Liturgy is usually in Arabic and Syriac, and it is sung. We use incense every week. Also, we dont "kneel" like Roman Catholics do, we bow like Orthodox. And we do the communion like Orthodox as well, we dont take it by hand, the priest gives it to us from his hand to our tongue.

Those are the major differences, keep in mind it is an Eastern Church
