If i wanted to lose weight with out even trying ,?
What would i cut out of my diet ?
I eat everything pretty much , except for meat . I drink water & crystal light & i rarely drink soda , juice & all that jazz .
Im only 8 lbs overweight .

avoid foods with too much sugar in it. this includes cookies, ice cream and desserts in general. reduce the amount of food eaten per meal. try drinking water before eating to make you get the feeling of being full and savor the food that you eat. running or any other form of cardio is sure to cause weight loss.

Cut out sugary, fried, and junk food. Eat as much vegetables as you can. When cooking with oil use Olive Oil it's the healthiest. Try exercising a bit it may help you lose faster.

Eat only whole grain foods. Get the correct amount of sleep EVERY night. Eat breakfast. Simple things like this can help you slim down.

First of all there is no way to lose wait without trying, so get that out of your head right now. You should eat lots of high protein like eggs and fish.
