Its actually a rare thing for most women to emit water/bodily fluids affluently. Most women dont get that ''thrill''. I have heard from my ex'es, however that this type of orgasm is the most intense.

It is a very special thing for a woman to actually have an orgasm that releases bodily fluids. That is the point that is being hit upon here. Its just not as common in most women, or most men cant make it happen to the woman.
