It doesn't mean he comes from a bad family or is disgusting. He could have have been brought up differently, it really depends on how you're brought up. Someone can say a person is brought up in a bad family for being told sex is disgusting. Sex is natural and it happens, just be safe and don't get pregnant.

no it doesnt mean hes disgusting or comes from a bad family. it means hes doing what nature intended him to do once he went through puberty.
