Do programmers have to have a license?

And can they lose it for hacking, if caught? What are other consequences of hacking for a programmer?

    I have been a programmer for years and only have a driver's license. Your consequences of illegal activities with a computer, referred to here as hacking, are going to jail, losing the ability to use a computer, criminal and civil fines and many other possible punishments.
