No, they are not allowed to touch you. I've been there already this year and work there, and they cannot touch you.
So don't worry about that. I mean, unless you let them touch you. I remember 2 years ago, one was holding out his arms like a hug and I hugged them, but they can only really invade your 'bubble space'.

If they do touch, it's only an accident. They cannot touch under normal circumstances.
