Possible drug interaction?

I've been prescribed diclofenac diethylammonium (aka Voltarol) for a knee complaint. It's a gel for local application.

Now I have a headache and feel like I'm getting a cold - can I take paracetamol as well?

You'll be fine. The gel does not interact with paracetamol. You can call your pharmacist / chemist for that information, as well. Hope you feel better soon.
