what are some cute things to say to guys?
I'm talking to this one guy and he sends me a lot of cute text messages, but i kinda ran out of things to say. I don't wanna sound repetitive and say the same thing over and over again.

It depends what he says. If its a compliment something like "Awh!" or "Your so sweet :)" is fine (there are a thousand different ways you can say those things). If there just little cute messages here and there you might want to respond with a cute message of your own, and if you cant think of one just a bunch of smiley faces. If I say a cute thing to a girl any sort of positive response is something to smile about. Hope this helps!
