Why won't my phone send or receive texts?

Have you tried to check with your network provider to see if your using the correct message center number and just check that all of the message settings are set up properly in the message settings menu.

Your network provider should be able to do a full trouble shoot with you to resolve this. The fact that you have had the same problem with two different handsets just means that the problem lies with the sim card or your account with the company that you are with not the phone.

Only other option to try before contacting them again is for you to get a sim replacement in a phone store. You will be able to keep the same number and account details they just give you a new sim card. They only really last a year so this does need to be done annually. Just a tip would be to make sure that you have transferred all info such as phone book and messages to the phone memory as this will be lost from the sim exchange.

what i dont get it ? errr are u askin what number txts human beings have recieved and sent considering the fact that DECEMEBER I surely have sent 663 txts it says and recieved 1422 txts! thats no longer undesirable pondering its purely to my bf !
