Things starting with dys- are medical conditions.

Do you mean DYSACUSIS? It's the distortion of the hearing of sound frequency or intensity, and it's often painful.

Hyperacusis is a health condition (of the inner ear) where the person is overly sensitive to certain frequencies of sounds (they are too loud).

If you mean a psychological disorder and not a physical one then ...

Actual fears are phobias. Phonophobia/Ligyrophobia is a fear of loud sounds (such as thunder, a move in the theatre that is too loud, vacuum cleaner, etc.). Phonophobia can also be a fear of loud voices.

Ligyrophobia would fit my 6-yr-old. She is terrified of loud sounds. We went to see Dora Live, and she cowered, shaking and whimpering, in the hallway because it was too loud, although she desperately wanted to see the show.

A fear or dislike of noise is called phonophobia, the phono- bit meaning noise. There is a condition called dysphonia, but that refers to a voice disorder.
