Are you talking about a flocking adjustment, or a complete strip flock (all old wool out, new wool in)? Not sure what they charge in the UK, but my prices are pretty much in line for US prices: Adjustments run $50 - $100, and a strip flock starts at $250.
If the flock is just flat, it may be that an adjustment - a "bump up" - is all it would need. But if the flock is flat and hard, or hard and lumpy, a strip flock may be in order.
If you go to www.mastersaddlers.co.uk, you can find a list of saddlers and fitters, and get local quotes. Good luck!

my saddler charges £40 to add flocking. or £100 to take out the old stuff and flock with new. i might be doing this soon as the flocking is really hard now. it ads extra comfort to the horse and you when all new wool is stuffed
