as you turn it on hold the on button for 3 seconds untill you hear another beep. this should reset your video and audio setting to the best setting according to the tv and cables you are using.
you may need to do this twice.

completely unplug the system from the game, the t.v too. Blow out your system with your breath. Then plug t.v then system back in.
