how long should i rest between workouts?
I have been working out for a few months now and i'm still not sure how long to rest between workouts. I have always rested between 2-3 mins between sets of exercises. I want to gain mass.
For example, when i workout biceps, i would do Exercise A for 10 reps then rest for two minutes and continue again with Exercise A for 10 more reps and rest for another two minutes and do a final set of Exercise A.
Online, it says that i should rest for 1 minute when i want to gain mass...

Try only resting for 30 seconds. Just be sure to be using proper form. This will help get your heart rate up just like going for a walk/jog. And use a weight that you only have to do one set of reps with to max out your muscle. So do 10 reps with a heavy enough weight that you cant lift it one more time. Wait 30 seconds then do your next muscle set.

Yeah. About one minute should be okay. You want to keep your muscles going, but you don't want to relax them completely.
