Can you rephrase your question? It is not coming clear from what point of view you are asking this. If you want to make a career as an employee in one of these two fields, I would say both are subject to business cycle (Teji and Mandi, or Peak and Trough). But final choice should be made on the basis of your liking. If you are comfortable with money matters, you can join stock markets. If you are more interested in making contacts with people or in hospitality, you will be more appropriate for hotel industry.

Be careful as hotel stocks are currently overvalued.
