can someone help me.im not getting good answers in the other sections.its kind of long.sorry?

I know this sounds childish, and i know myspace doesnt matter

but I am one of his best friends and i just find this strange..

and i know that no one will probably care about what im about to say,but please help.

There is this guy and I used to go to his school. He is gay if that helps anyone answer my question, and hes 1 year younger than i am, but I dont think the age makes a difference.

As soon as we met, we became really good friends & we never ran out of things to talk about. He seen me call my mom on my cell phone,so he asked me for my number. I told him Im not allowed to call other people besides my mom, and he took it pretty well. A few minutes later, I wrote down my myspace for him and told him to send me a friend request if he wanted to talk to me. He took the paper without saying anything and put it in his backpack. A few days later at P.E a girl named Lexi told him that she sent him a picture of something funny on myspace, so I turned around and looked at the guy and he just laughed and said he seen it. After that, i turned around and looked at him and jokingly said "how come you didnt send me a friend request last night" and he said "OH so you're vivalavida96, I thought that was Lexi's myspace". I was surprised by the fact he remembered my url. I was also surprised that he thought that my myspace was hers, when Im the one that gave him the paper, with the url on it. A few weeks ago, I had to leave the school to start homeschooling and he said "WHY!!! im going to miss you" and started hugging me. Knowing Id never seen him again, I gave him my home phone number. He called me a few weeks later and he said " i added you on myspace but you never accepted it" Then I replied with "I never got a friend request from you" and then he kept insisting he did

after i got off the phone with him,

i checked my email , and I didnt have anything in my email that says that I had "any new friend request"

so, is there a reason he could be lying to me?

and could he be hiding something?

has this ever happened to you?

(and the vivalavida96 part is my myspace, but im not asking anyone to add me)

also, i know he has a myspace, because i searched him,

and he loggs in everyday

it makes me think theres something wrong with my myspace

or me...

and i cant add him myself because i need to know his email,

and its a long story why i cant ask him for it

so my questions are..

1.has this ever happened to you?

2. could he be hiding something he doesnt want me to see?
