If it is after a big fight then it is so that she can cool down. Send her one text at the beginning saying something nice...like "I hope you are OK" nothing too lovey dovey.

If it was not after a big fight and came randomly then she is a whore that wants an excuse to f*ck around. You deserve better (this is what happened to me).

I don't know man. I think you deserve better. Just because you we together, doesn't mean it was meant to be. Just be prepared for heartbreak and for a seriously commited relationship. It will turn out to be a very hot situation or a very cold situation. Most likely there will not be an easy way out.. unless you do let her go off an do whatever and you not worry about it, BUT that will effect your future by her possibly doing things like that again.

Don't call or text her except for the occasional important thing. and i mean IMPORTANT. she needs time to figure out what she wants. she's obviously angry and upset about the argument. it might be best if you reflect on why she would be so angry.

if you really want to talk to her about it i would suggest writing her a letter but DON'T SEND IT! wait about a week and then read it over again. if you still think it expresses all the things you need her to know then send it and wait for her to come to you.

but most of all, all you can do is give her some space.

Give her time to cool off man. No need in driving yourself crazy with what if scenarios. Give her a few days and play it cool and you two will be able to work something out.

Maybe she is trying to see if you will fight for her. Maybe she wants an apology and she thinks you'll give her one if she threatens to bail. Or maybe she's just not into you anymore and wants to piss you off so that you'll break up with her.
