I know that this is in the wrong category-but my fish is in desperate need of a name?

Question

He's a big colorful betta.  I was thinking Dr. Baye (pronounced "bye") or Dr. Beck, both characters from Harlan Coben books (already used Harlan and Coben to name other fish).   Do you like either of those?  Or can you think of anything else. Kind of smart-ish sounding, but like, noble-ish too?   Or cute, or funny, just any suggestions would be cool right now. Huh, and I thought naming my baby was hard lol. Thank you! =]

lol, well heck those stick in the muds over in the "pets section" Absolutely hate this questions in their category. i frequent over there and i don't get it, but then i love names.

I've always given my Bettas the names of Roman Emperors. lol

Brutus was my first betta, and my fav that i've had so far, a brilliant deep purple with blue tips..i miss that guy. his full name was Brutus Maximus Bettamus. LOL i know, i'm weird but hell those guys are tough little fish they deserve a grand name.

Wow!!! I have an aquarium too but never thought of naming my fishes. I must do that now :) MWNM i love the names you gave your swimmers. I think Brutus Maximus takes the cake LOL. How about-

well you can use my fish names i had 3 called greg, vince and joe ! wierd but individual. gus and vince stole all the food so joe died, then vince died, then greg got a disease and he died . but dont worry i buried them in the garden.
