How can I get Q & A 4 (database program) to work on a Vista computer or a Windows 7 computer?

I have long used Q & A version 4 as my database program. It's old, but it works nicely! Now along comes Vista, and I'm forced to use Excel, which is costing me dearly.

Suggestions, anyone? Thank you, in advance.
