my wife was invited to go out clubbing with an old friend to celebrate my wifes birthday.?
my wife's old friend has a history of giving her kids (4of them)up and has been married 5 times and was also once a crack addict. but this is the bad part,we just lost our house and i moved her back home to be close to her family,ive lost almost everything over this plus my parents both died at the first of the year and after moving the bill collectors are all over ME,(she tells me not to worry so much about it)i have no friends here yet we have only been here 2 months,we also have a teenager with special needs.and her family hates this girl anyway.if i ask her not to go im sure there will be a fight..any suggestions?

this is a little tricky..try persuading your wife and tell her she should stay home.with all of the chaos that your going through i think it will be helpful for you,your wife and child to be situated and more settled before any partying happens.and if your wife's friend has that reputation than it will be best for you to persuade her the best way you can because if you tell her "i dont want you going"than she will feel the need to argue and all hell will break loose .im really sorry for the love ones you lost,i lost my grandmother not to long ago and i still don't know how to quote with it....i wish you good luck,and i hoped i helped. :-) stay strong

Its a tuffy but the consequences could be bad :/
How about you try and persuade her to have a nice time with you and your son , say we dont have much money do we really have enough to go clubbingg.
You could make her a meal with lots of candles just nice stuff try and arrange something romantic and cheap that could stop her going out with her mates.
Your in a hard situation :/

Its your wifes right to do whatever she wants
just because other people don't liek this girl does not mean she shouldnt go out and have fun...
Let her do what she wants afterall its her life, if she wants to mess it up let her!
