I would have to say either Fabulous Moolah or Chyna .
It's because without Moolah , the legacy of the Women's Championship wouldn't have been carried on this far , she was a tremendous athlete from what I've heard & saw from some of her oldest matches , (watched it on the internet) . I find that she's way too underrated though because Trish Stratus beat her 7 time Women's Championship Reign .
Chyna , another great athlete , she truely showed what a real female in wrestling is suppose to do . Although she came out more of a superstar she wasn't afraid to fight half the people in the roster & set examples for those who are still to come after her & her colleagues who are just beginning their women's wrestling careers .
WQ : The title was deactivated when I was born , sadly :( .
WQ2 : I would either like to see Michelle McCool , Mickie James , Natalya , Beth Phoenix , Gail Kim or Melina to hold the championships at the same time .
Despite what smarks or haters say , I think these six divas can carry the championships at the same time , because they`re the only 6 I can see that has improved a lot or is either great but very underrated .
Eve or Maryse , I would like to see as well but I would rather them improve in the ring first , then in 2 years or so in the making , just maybe they`ll be able to hold both .

Of those listed, I have to say at least from the American Perspective it's very easily the Fabulous Moolah. There are a lot of things said about her wrestling and the way she treated people she worked with (both positive and negative) but it's without saying that she is one of the most influencial female wrestling figures ever, quite possibly in pro wrestling history period.
A very close second is Bull Nakano, one of the all-time joshi greats.
Wendi Richter was the Women's Champ when I was born. (Damn, I feel old)
And as for who I would like to see as the "Undisputed Womens Champ in WWE", I would say Beth Phoenix or Mickie James. They've more or less carried the division in the last couple of years and I would think that they are the two most worthy candidates on the roster at this point.

First by the way, thanks for remembering and listing Bull Nakano
Bull was really the stalwart of the AJW for years so most of her influence was felt there; I am however pleasantly surprised when WWE fans who either remember her or have seen her work are so positive towards her;
Although I don't really care for either Moolah and Trish Stratus had the biggest effect on Women's Wrestling in American (Moolah) and Trish had biggest economic effect on WWE;
Lita had the most effect on women's wrestling in WWE-she was the spark that kept interest going after Chyna left--although had usually wrestled men--until the end of her WWE career.
Let me add one you did not list: Wendi Richter--she brought American women's wrestling to WWF and to the mainstream post-Moolah.

I would have to say Bull Nakano.
She was a very big women but she has the skills for her size. I recognise her as one of the best woman wrestler in the history of this business. In Japan se made big impact together with Manami Toyota and Aja Kong. She also made great matches in the ring. When she came to WWE it just made the gap between joshi and "divas" wrestling a little closer.
It was Bull Nakano
Maryse Ouellet

Lita. She showcased a breath-taking aerial capabilty. She was over as you could get for a true women's wrestler.
WQ: Moolah
WQ2: Beth Phoenix. She has the skill, the power and the personality to take over the WWE Divas locker room.
