No, anoles will not eat veggies. They hunt by movement and only eat bugs.

Green anoles are, for the most part, interested in eating live, moving prey. They may eat small amounts of sweet, brightly colored fruits, but probably will not eat lettuce or other leafy greens. You should definitely go to Petsmart or a reptile/bait store and buy them 3-5 crickets per anole, at least. Coat the crickets in a calcium and D3 supplement so that they do not suffer from deficiencies.
Two adult anoles can be kept in a 10-gallon terrarium, but of course bigger is always better. Also make sure that you have plenty of branches and plants for them to climb and explore on, as they are arborial lizards. You also need a basking lamp at one end of the cage that will reach about 90-95 degrees, in addition to a cool end in their cage. I suggest misting the entire cage one or two times daily, because they will drink the water droplets off of plants and the sides of the cage. If you have any other questions, just ask! :)

iceberg lettuce is seriously bad for any animal
some green anoles may take small amounts of fruits and veggies - mainly they'll just lick the sweet fruits. most of them wont even recognise it as food though;
they need insects to survive.
if they are your pets then you probably need to do a lot more research on them - pet lizards need a lot more than just food. the correct food.

crickets,mostly.if you are going to feed them worms, the best choice would be earth worms or wax worms.the wax worms are easier for your anole to digest. if your anole is small, then only feed it little things. do not feed it roaches. if you feed it something to big,it will kill it.they will not eat fruit.

Anoles are insect eaters. They will not eat "veggies".
If you don't want them to starve, feed them insects.
