Joico? The shampoo...?
Okay so I heard about how great Joico works on damagedhair so I bought the shampoo, conditioner, and deep-penetrating reconstructor. However, the directions were not clear. Some people said shampoo with this only once a week. How often should I use it? Do I put on the reconstructor in the shower?

I use it 3 times a week and yes you can use the reconstructor in the shower just leave it on for 4min.
