How do I let a girl know i like her without coming off as a total creep?
i just met her a few months ago and we have become friends and i have a crush on her and i think she has one on me but i'm not completely sure, anyways she is amazing and someone once told me if a girl is worth the risk then take it, but i don't want to tell her in case she doesn't feel he same and look like a creep and ruin our friendship. sowhat should i do?

Just make sure that when you tell her, you let her know that if she doesn't feel the same way, it will be fine. Tell her what you said here -- that you thought it was worth the risk to ask. All you have to do to not be a creep is make sure she knows that you think she has a choice.
And if she says no, respect her wishes. If you want to keep the friendship, maybe take some space to get over it and tell her you still want to be friends in the future.

flirt with her for a few days/weeks then ask her if you can ask her something then tell her
