IS THIS LOVE OR LUST?

I fail to understand, there is this guy whom I hav known for 1 month now. all this time he had not said anything but recently he wrote me an sms via phone asking me to be his beloved one. I did not respond, He then called and asked y I hav not reponded, I told him that I wanted to talk to him in person , he proposed a day 4 that of which he did not come.

on the very day i saw him by mistake as i was passing around his place, on seeing me he turned & face the other direction without talking to me. reaching night he send me a please call me message of which I did not reply.

I told his frends about this who told me that he fears ladies and that is how he behaves 2 them.

now are this things real?

should I go on and Love him anyway.

lastly is the guy abrnomal
