Dislocated my shoulder, twice, two weeks ago, saturday.. How long until i can lift weights?
wondering how long i need to wait to clear the window of re dislocating. have nearly 100% range of motion and little pain.. only when i lift my arm up and back, which is the motion you are supposed to avoid after dislocation. I want to get back into lifting but i don't want to injure my rotator cuff or any ligaments... will be lifting light weights until i feel stable enough to go up in weight

you shoudl wait till you make a full recovery and till your back at 100% because lifting weights will do you more harm than good to you at this point.as hard as it sounds =( i hope you listen and wait but the decision is yours..
(make the wise choice)
