how bad are International Brand Instant coffees?

for you - I am trying to give them up.

    Read the list of ingredients, they're listed in order of amount, I bet coffee is not the first ingredient. And there are lots of chemicals in there that aren't especially good for you. How did I do?

    They're not bad "for you" unless you drink 80 cups a day of the stuff. I perrsonally don't LIKE flavored coffee. I want my coffee to taste like coffee and nothing else (except maybe cream and sugar).
