    I suggest you exercise your chest area. You can do push-ups (wall or floor), or lift your elbows and move them back and forth.

    If your looking to lift the breasts, then from the research i've done, it's not possible. You can tighten the muscles under your breasts to increase your breasts overall size and supposedly that gives them a better shape. It's resistance training. There are many different things you can use for it.

    I also wear a sports bra to bed everynight. I'm a 32 DD and the last thing I want is for them to be dangling at my knees later on in life. The sports bra helps keep them in a decent place while you sleep (rather then wherever the heck they want to go).

    put your two arms straight across your chest so that your palms are together and your arms are straight, push your arms together and hold for 10 seconds, you should be able to feel your muscles flexing in your breast do 10 sets a few times a day or week when you can.. will give results after a few week-

    also have you ever seen that breast/arm pump thing on commericals.. i think they might sell those at walgreens...

    The breast is technically a gland made up mostly of fat, can't be firmed up. Only thing you can do is firm up the chest muscles underneath.

    breast bone exercises (there is a workout commercial that sells an exercise machine thing that is for this reason, but i dont remember the product name)

    stretching/exercise

    wearing supportive good quality bras (victoria secret has a great selection)

    You can date me...

    Naw just kidding, my ex-girlfriend always does these exercise with 10 pound weights, one in each arm, stretched out and bringing them in, in a folding motion, not to mention always wearing a bra to prevent sagging.

    She is a 36DD they aren't the firmest but they sure weren't saggy like most that size.

    do some excercise on a peck deck, at the gym. it will firm, and perk up your breasts, though you will lose some size shouldnt be to much though, dont worry
