doctor refused to prescribe birth control?
I'm new to Kaiser, I used to have blue cross. anyway...today i went to my new doctor's office for checkup, and i asked her to prescribe me birth control, and she just said I DON'T DO THAT, and you need to go to your gynecologist. i told her my gynecologist appointment is not till end of next month. so she agreed to give me one month supply, and i said ok. then few seconds later, she just said SORRY I CAN't DO THAT. should i file a compliant against her to the state medical board?? that was bs! btw i'm 20, and married.
i don't have blue cross anymore, so i can't just call my old ob/gyn to ask for refill. i haven't been to my new ob/gyn yet

You can't report her, she did nothing wrong. (Well you can but you wont get very far) If you have a gyno appointment scheduled at the end of next month, the correct thing to do would be to contact your gyno and have them prescribe enough pills until your appt. Your doctor is very wise to let all your meds come out of one clinic.
