I don't get it. What will this do? I mean felons and criminals do not buy their equipment legally so how would this help?

They won't even have to go to Neveda to get rounds. The black market is not some gun show for the elite in former territories of Russia. I can go down the street anywhere and get a firearm bullets included. You don't have to be a police officer to know this. Most crimes happen with probably a magazine worth of rounds. By restricting the citizen you only allow criminals to prosper. It will not help crime. Lets all watch California as there crime rate increases. All these anti gun politicians won't think about the stupid laws they pass. No instead they will continue to blame the tool and not the person who wields it. Maybe they should take guns away from police officers. I mean we are the police. Criminals by law have to listen to us. So what's to fear?

They do not need to buy ammo illegally. They will just go to Nevada to get rounds.
