Does it matter which kind of WiFi antenna connects to the internal wireless PCI card?
I have recently decided to upgrade my Dell Inspiron B120. I have purchased a internal mini-PCI WiFi card, only to found out that my Dell Inspiron B120 was one of the few that were made without the WiFi antenna built in. Now I have to install the antenna. I need to know if I need a specific antenna to connect to my PCI card or will any WiFi antenna work?

It's really strange it's not shipped with internal antenna. You can get any antenna as after all it's just a set of metal and wires .. what's really important is getting an antenna with suitable cord length and the installation process
