I'm having trouble finding ideas and pictures for designing living room with white ceramic tile.?

I am buying a house that has white ceramic tile and I want to paint and all of that but most of the ideas and pictures that I see has wood floors and wouldn't necessarily look good with the white tile. Is there some kind of website that has more ideas for people with ceramic tile?

I wish I knew where this white tile is located and how much you have.

There are special paints to change the color of your tile. Check with a really good paint "specialty" store. I know they will have something you can choose from.

Light colored wood floors would work fine with white tile.

Have fun I know your going to have a blast!

    Happy Fall!

Wow, this sounds very rich looking and classy to me. I can understand your disappointment, once you saw the reddish tint in your leather. I've walked around my own house trying to find an answer to your question and this is what I have come up with. I have a "wine themed" room and there is a large picture in there that is the focal point of the room. It has this brownish/red in the picture. It also has cream, beige, dark brown and light blue. The light blue gives it just enough of a cool tone to brighten it up. All the other colors are warm tones as you know. I think you can work with those colors and stay away from the dreaded olive green. I wish you the best of luck. It sounds like you know what looks good and can coordinate colors well. Since the brown and turquoise colors are extremely popular right now, maybe you could use those in another room, like a bedroom perhaps. There are lots of accessories in turquoise. Like candles, vases, picture frames etc. Happy decorating. I believe you can do this!
